Shipping Policy
We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible. However, please be aware of the following:
- If your order contains pre-order or out-of-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.
- If an item is marked as "delivered" but is not received, a lost package claim will be submitted to the shipping provider. Please note that the claim process may take 3-4 weeks, and there is no guarantee that the item will be fulfilled or replaced.
- Free shipping promotions apply only to USPS Ground Advantage rates, are valid for domestic shipments within the United States only, and cannot be applied to expedited or alternative shipping methods.Free shipping eligibility is based on merchandise subtotal only and does not include shipping costs when determining if the order meets the promotional threshold.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is safe, accessible, and reliable for delivery. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or inaccessible delivery locations.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours from payment excluding federal holidays. Orders may require signature verification on delivery.
International Shipping & Import Costs
Please note that for international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping and must be paid directly to the customs authorities upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about these potential fees before placing your order.
